Meet Snacks

Ideas for post-race snacks for the athletes:

  • Gatorade, Powerade, Infuse, or other sports-focused drinks (not "energy drinks" such as Red Bull, Amps, or Monsters)
  • Granola bars
  • Fruit
  • Fruit snacks, strips, etc.
  • Dried fruit
  • Pretzels
  • Bagels
  • Peanut Butter (and plastic knives)
  • Oreos or other cookies
  • Nuts
  • Cheese sticks
  • Gummy bears, Twizzlers, etc.
  • Anything else somebody might want to eat after running

Snack Schedule

Please email Coach C to be added to a certain date.

Snacks should (preferably) arrive before we depart the school, although they may be taken directly to the meet.  They may be kept in my classroom during the school day.
